Mark Mullen is the founder of E3C3 Leadership and the author of E3C3: The Six Core Elements of Elevated Leadership. With decades of experience leading teams and developing leaders across industries, Mark built the E3C3 framework from the ground up — grounded in behavioral science, tested in the real world, and designed to produce lasting change.
Mark's work is rooted in the conviction that leadership is not a title — it is a choice. His mission is to help organizations build the leadership capacity they need to reach the summit of organizational excellence.
